An exciting evening to demonstrate why we have been nominated as one of Australia’s Top Restaurants. A night to showcase our principles and foundations – where we came from and how it all began.
Our food philosophy has always been focused on the pillars of hot, sour, sweet and salty. All that evokes Australian Freestyle cuisine, with an emphasis on luxurious seasonal produce and ingredients that abound in this beloved country ours. A wealth of different flavours and techniques, blending into the distinct ezard touch.
This very special evening will be one to highlight these flagship flavours with completely fresh and novel creations delivered by Teage Ezard and Head Chef, Jarrod Di Blasi. Together they will be playing with textures, aromas and flavours resulting in a beautiful selection of dishes to excite the palate.
