It's the most wonderful time of the year-Good Food Month!
The ezard team is made up of an extremely diverse group of chefs, who all draw on their experiences and passions to help create ezard’s esteemed cuisines under the watchful eye of Head Chef Jarrod DiBlasi. And while the spotlight rightfully focuses on the creations of Chef-Owner Teage and Chef Jarrod, it’s time to bring the back of house to the front of the stage.
Our esteemed team of chefs will each present a course of their own, exemplifying what ezard means to them, and how this is reflected in their cooking styles. Expect typically ezard-style mod-Aus dishes, with a fresh perspective and flair only the next generation of chefs can lend.
True to the name, our back of house will be sharing their time between the kitchen and the floor, giving diners an insight into their dishes and explaining what Chef Teage's Australian-freestyle cooking means to them.
And of course, it wouldn't be an ezard event without the addition of paired wines.
